A typical Democracy Fitness Training session

A typical Democracy Fitness Training session is a 30-minutes, intense,
but fun workout. We train individually, but the exercises are always performed in groups. Each training session focuses on one particular democracy muscle. The aim is to make you feel that muscle exists, to train it and to strengthen it. This way you will become FIT for democracy!
